We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team at Neferex Worldwide. This is a full-time role based out of Delhi NCR or Noida.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence, scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, and events. You will also maintain and organize files and records, prepare reports, presentations, and documents, assist with bookkeeping and financial record management, handle office supplies and inventory management, and support team members with various projects and tasks.

To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent verbal and written communication abilities, ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information, and familiarity with office equipment (printers, fax machines, etc.).

The ideal candidate will have strong time management and prioritization skills, attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, customer service orientation, adaptability, and teamwork skills. Working conditions include an office environment with standard working hours and occasional overtime may be required.

We offer a competitive salary package estimated to be ₹250,000 - ₹350,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with opportunities for growth and development in a dynamic and innovative company like Neferex Worldwide.
