Job Overview

As a seasoned leader, you will spearhead the delivery of AI-driven content projects on a large scale.

  • Collaborate with project managers, quality management teams, and global delivery teams to oversee day-to-day operations of AI content projects.
  • Ensure timely adherence to service level agreements and key performance indicators; drive performance tracking, reporting, and issue resolution.
  • Manage project transitions, deployments, and change requests in partnership with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with team leads and content reviewers to maintain quality, consistency, and productivity.
  • Work closely with training, quality, and support teams to optimize delivery processes.
  • Proactively identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Support workforce planning, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
