About Gartner IT

We're seeking a well-rounded Program Manager to support technology strategy and operations, driving IT projects and programs that enable Gartner's success.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will lead and drive technology initiatives, consistent processes, and reporting across Research, Analytics, and consulting technology divisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Technology leadership to drive defined business strategies, processes, and achieve targets
  • Partner with functional, Infra, cloud, and operations teams to drive initiatives
  • Develop and implement standardized project management methodologies, processes, tools, and templates
  • Report end-to-end trends and insights on IT performance, supporting consistency and alignment of technology metrics and reporting
  • Apply data visualization techniques to communicate data through graphical representation
  • Report progress to management and oversee publication of monthly management reports
  • Drive consistency of execution across teams, identifying areas for collaboration and brokering consensus among stakeholders

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive technology experience, preferably in strategy and operations, with 4+ years of responsibility for strategic operations and executive reporting
  • Ability to develop and deliver compelling executive-level presentations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts and analyses in an accessible manner
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights for decision-making
  • Experience with standard business applications, such as G-suite, Microsoft Suite, Microsoft Project, Jira, and PowerBI
  • Project risk management experience, including identification, assessment, and mitigation strategies
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects and teams in a fast-paced environment, inspiring rapid adoption of change in a complex matrixed organization

About You

  • Graduate or postgraduate degree in BE/Btech, ME/MTech, or MCA is preferred
  • Excellent communication and prioritization skills
  • Able to work independently or within a team, proactively in a fast-paced AGILE-SCRUM environment
  • Owns success, taking responsibility for the successful delivery of solutions
  • Strong desire to improve software development, frameworks, and technologies skills
