Job Title: Visa Consultant

Seeking a skilled professional with expertise in handling visa documentation for key destinations, including the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and Schengen Countries. The ideal candidate should have strong background in direct customer interaction and document counseling, along with experience in submitting visa applications.

  • Process multiple-country visa applications with precision and adherence to regulations.
  • Conduct comprehensive document checks and provide guidance on required documents for visa applications.
  • Liaise with embassy officials and external agencies to streamline visa processing workflows efficiently.
  • Address client inquiries regarding visa procedures, requirements, and application status effectively.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of visa policies, immigration laws, and procedures for various countries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and optimize visa processing workflows.
Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Visa Officer or similar role, focusing on handling visa documentation for mentioned countries.
  • In-depth understanding of visa application processes, documentation needs, and visa categories for diverse countries.
  • Strong communication skills for effective customer interaction and document counseling.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities to manage multiple visa applications simultaneously.
  • Able to work independently and in a team, prioritizing customer-centric approach to visa processing.
  • Familiarity with visa application systems and software for online submissions and tracking.
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience in visa processing and documentation.
