Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Job Description

As a Senior Frontend Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality web applications using Next JS/React. Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement high-quality web applications.
  • Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code using modern web development techniques.
  • Building reusable and scalable components using React, Redux, and other related libraries.
  • Optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Ensuring high-quality software by writing automated tests and conducting code reviews.
  • Continuously improving the software development process by evaluating and adopting new tools and technologies.
  • Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering or related field.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in web development using Next JS/React.
  • Strong proficiency in React and related libraries such as Redux.
  • Strong proficiency in Typescript/ JavaScript (OOP).
  • Experience with CSS framework like Bootstrap 5 and Tailwind.
  • Experience with Unit testing like Jest and Karma.
  • Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools such as Webpack and Babel and Vite.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility issues.
  • Experience with server-side rendering and performance optimization techniques.
  • Knowledge of software engineering principles, best practices, and design patterns.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
