We are seeking an experienced International Market Development Manager to lead our business development and sales efforts across ROW markets. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive growth, build strong partnerships, and contribute to the company's success.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our presence in international markets, identifying new opportunities and driving revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners, exploring new avenues for collaboration and expanding market reach.
  • Manage risks and challenges in new markets by proactively addressing regulatory, operational, and financial concerns.
  • Negotiate and finalize commercial terms with partners, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as legal, regulatory, finance, and supply chain to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial registration through to product dispatch, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Monitor and track project progress, keeping all stakeholders informed and ensuring adherence to timelines.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development and managing international markets (ROW).
  • Willingness to travel to manufacturing sites and other locations as needed.
  • Excellent project management capabilities, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with a focus on detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving business goals and growth.
  • MBA with 3-5 years of relevant experience.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
