Key Responsibilities

As a Transaction Management Specialist at Citi, you will play a critical role in supporting the lending lifecycle, including loan closing and servicing coordination, client onboarding, data management, and quality control. You will be responsible for operational oversight of the closing and servicing of all loan transactions to ensure internal and external requirements are met.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • 8-11 years of experience in wholesale lending operations
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under tight deadlines and manage priorities
  • Quantitative skills with high proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft-based programs
  • Tableau or visualization tool familiarity
  • Experience with Loan IQ and transaction capture tools
  • Keen attention to detail and analytical problem-solving abilities
  • Client relationship and solution skills
  • Experience working with clients under time constraints to facilitate transactions
  • Proven ability to collaborate with team members and senior management
