As a Senior Relationship Manager in CA Monk's Real Estate Sell-Side division, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end transaction lifecycles, ensuring successful deal closures, and driving business growth strategy in the assigned region.

This role involves working closely with the location head to oversee deal structuring, lender relationships, and profit and loss responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee transactions from proposal generation to disbursement and fee collection.
  • Collaborate with buy-side teams to structure deals, prepare Information Memorandums (IMs), secure term sheets/sanctions, and facilitate documentation.

Lender Relationship Management:

  • Map lending landscapes within the region and establish strong networks with banks, NBFCs, real estate debt/equity funds, and investors.
  • Maintain long-term relationships to support fundraising efforts.

Strategic Leadership:

  • Partner with the Regional Director to define and implement strategies for the region's real estate business.
  • Contribute to achieving profit and loss targets and operational excellence.

Sector Expertise:

  • Build and maintain in-depth knowledge of real estate financing trends, market opportunities, and competitor activities.
  • Provide insights on valuation, deal analysis, and sector-specific opportunities.

Team Leadership:

  • Guide and manage team members, fostering a motivated and results-driven environment.
  • Support skill development to ensure high-performance standards.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Professional Background:
  • 4+ years of experience in wholesale real estate lending is essential.
  • Exposure to banks, NBFCs, real estate AIFs, or reputable investment banks is required.
  • Key Competencies:
  • Strong understanding of real estate financing and risk assessment.
  • Proven ability to build relationships, close deals, and deliver results.
  • Leadership capabilities with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills are necessary.

Candidates with expertise in wholesale real estate lending, exceptional relationship-building skills, and leadership abilities are encouraged to apply. This position offers an attractive salary of $120,000 - $150,000, commensurate with experience, in addition to comprehensive benefits packages.
