Sales and Business Development Role

The ideal candidate will be a skilled sales professional with experience in account management, sales development, and business development. They will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, referrals, and networking
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools
