Business Development Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our Pune operations and drive sales & profitability with a team of 5–6 professionals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing branch performance, and building strong customer relationships to expand our footprint in the Pune region.

This role requires a strategic mindset with the ability to design and execute business plans aligned to organizational goals.

Key responsibilities include introducing, demonstrating, negotiating, and closing high-value technology deals, preparing and presenting techno-commercial proposals to Boards and key decision-makers.

A strong experience in Key Account Management is mandatory, along with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.

The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years of proven experience in selling technology solutions (Software, IT Services, Cloud Infrastructure).

They will also possess excellent communication skills, be self-driven, and result-oriented.

  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting via CRM and organizational reporting tools.

Key qualifications include an I graduated in Science or MBA degree, with post-graduation in IT being an added advantage.

You will report directly to the Business Head & Managing Director and will be responsible for managing a team of 5–7 members.
