We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven real estate lead generator to join our sales team at Shivam Builders and Developers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound calls and building strong relationships with prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a lead generation strategy to meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets.
  • Make outbound calls to potential clients, engaging them in professional and courteous conversations to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
  • Qualify leads based on factors such as budget, location requirements, and buying timelines, ensuring the highest quality opportunities for our sales team.
  • Schedule appointments with qualified leads for our sales team to follow up, providing exceptional customer service and building trust with our clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and update our database regularly, ensuring seamless communication between teams.
  • Analyse and adjust your lead generation strategies regularly to optimize results and achieve sales goals.
