Job Title: MEP Project Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Project Engineer to join our team as an MEP Project Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the implementation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems in various projects.

  • Location: Hyderabad

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fire protection systems, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in high-rise residential or commercial projects. They should also possess excellent knowledge of all aspects of fire fighting systems, sprinkler systems, and fire alarm systems.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement MEP systems, including fire protection, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Manage task-oriented groups and ensure that all plans meet regulatory requirements.
  • Direct, monitor, and control the activities of subcontractors and vendors.
  • Supervise contractors, laborers, and vendors to ensure that work follows specifications and meets deadlines.
  • Inspect work sites for code compliance and safety hazards.

Requirements:

  • BE/B. Tech Mechanical degree
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in fire protection systems
  • Excellent knowledge of fire fighting systems, sprinkler systems, and fire alarm systems
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Word, and MS Excel
  • Well-developed planning skills and ability to work within stringent financial, quality, and time-bound targets
  • Result-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
