Job Title: Senior Engineering Manager

We are seeking a visionary Senior Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team in driving innovation across our student services platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of engineers across multiple disciplines.
  • Define and implement a forward-thinking engineering strategy that supports the company's business objectives.
  • Oversee the execution of complex, large-scale projects from concept to delivery.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement technology-driven solutions.
  • Ensure engineering practices adhere to the highest industry standards, security protocols, and compliance regulations.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum 8+ years of engineering experience, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Python, Django, and Django Rest Framework; experience with version control systems such as Git.
  • Industry Knowledge: Proven experience delivering complex, large-scale projects, ideally within the financial services or prop-tech space.
