Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Alliance Manager to join our team in Gurgaon / Bangalore / Mumbai / Pune / Chennai / Hyderabad. As a Digital Partnership Strategist, you will be responsible for building alliances with top consulting firms and product companies, positioning Xebia as a preferred system integrator and reseller partner within the banking and financial services (BFS) sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Alliance Development: Identify, establish, and manage high-value alliances with major consulting firms and product companies in BFS.
  • Certification & Skills Alignment: Identify certifications and techno-functional skills required for Xebia to operate as a successful system integrator for each partner.
  • Business Planning & Enablement: Collaborate with leadership to develop go-to-market strategies and enablement programs with partners, aligning on joint objectives.
  • Sales Support: Work with sales and marketing teams to develop partner-driven value propositions, co-branded materials, and sales training.
  • Performance Management: Set KPIs and report on alliance performance, resolving issues impacting partnership success.

What You Need

  • A Bachelor's degree in engineering or technology; MBA preferred.
  • No less than 12 to 16 years in alliance or partner management within IT consulting or tech environments, with a BFS focus.
  • Experience managing alliances for one or more enterprise banking systems, such as core banking, loan management, payment hubs, card management, risk management, regulatory reporting, treasury management, wealth management, or fraud detection systems.
