Role Overview:

As an Optometrist/Sr. Optometrist at Lenskart Academy, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional eye care services to our customers. This position involves conducting thorough eye check-ups, dispensing prescription eyewear, and educating customers about various lens options and frame styles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive eye exams using the 12-step Optometry process at Lenskart.
• Share prescriptions clearly with customers, educating them about single vision and progressive lenses while recommending suitable lens and frame combinations.
• Develop strong rapport-building skills to foster trusting relationships with customers.
• Identify and address customers’ unstated needs, providing solutions that meet their requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Diploma in Optometry.
• Ability to build rapport and trusting relationships with customers.
• Ability to understand and address customers’ unstated needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
