Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at Inspira Realty. As a senior-level position, this role will be responsible for driving sales strategies, leading a team, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in sales, specifically within the real estate industry.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Strong team leadership skills to manage and motivate a sales team effectively.
  • Excellent negotiation skills to close deals and build lasting relationships with clients.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey ideas clearly.
