Transformation Specialist

Job Description:
">We are seeking a skilled Transformation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing vendor invoices accurately and responding to queries in a timely manner.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Review and process invoices, providing resolutions for any discrepancies">
- Articulate and demonstrate basic accounts payable concepts, including 3-way matching, purchase orders, non-purchase orders, and good receiving notes">
- Understand nuances of India AP aspects, including import invoices and tax deductions">
- Resolve vendor queries and requests via email or tickets within agreed service level agreements">
- Maintain exception logs for process-related exceptions and ensure invoices and queries are balanced">
Qualifications:
">A graduate in commerce (B.Com) with meaningful work experience is required. Excellent English language skills (verbal and written) are essential. Experience in India-related statutory requirements and proficiency in SAP ERP are preferred.
