About Cars24:

We are looking for a C2B Associate to build and preserve trusting relationships with our customers, outperforming our competition and maintaining our company's positive image.

Key responsibilities include understanding customer needs, developing plans to address them, and identifying key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, and a customer-oriented mindset.

Requirements include technical knowledge of cars, knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices, and experience in sales or customer service. A BSc/BA in Business Administration or similar field is preferred.
