Job Description:

As a key member of Doo Prime's team, the High Caliber Account Growth Specialist will play a pivotal role in supporting business strategies and initiatives. This talented professional will actively promote our company's products, ensuring exceptional customer service standards.

Responsibilities:
1. Promote our company's products to drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
2. Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), demonstrating a commitment to excellence in all aspects of the role.
3. Build strong relationships with clients, proactively addressing their needs and providing guidance on our trading platforms or systems.
4. Stay updated on financial market trends and communicate these insights to clients clearly and effectively.
5. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding client documentation and other related matters.

Requirements:
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager with 1-2 years of conversion/retention experience in a financial services company. The ideal candidate must be proficient in English, both written and verbal, and possess fluency in additional languages such as Arabic, Hindi, or French. Strong computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office applications, is also essential. Additionally, the successful candidate should have proven negotiation skills, be dynamic and innovative, target-driven, and able to work independently to expand the client base.
