Transform the Financial Services Industry
As a Strategic Business Development Lead for Capco's India Financial Services practice, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the Indian market. With a strong focus on sales and pre-sales, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to help them achieve their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for selling our services and value proposition to clients in the India Financial Services market
- Drive revenue growth and expansion of our presence in the Indian market
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions
- Represent Capco internally and externally through information sharing, client visits, presentations, and participation in RFI/RFP responses
Requirements and Skills
- Experience working in the Indian market in the Financial Services Consulting industry, driving revenue from GCCs across India in a hunting role
- Strong expertise and exposure in sales and pre-sales, especially within Financial Services GCCs across India
- Well-versed in business and account planning to achieve topline and bottom-line KPIs
- Strong relationships at CXO level within Financial Services GCCs across India
Good to Have
- Experience working with one of the big 4 or Management Consulting and such entity's Financial LOB – catering to Indian financial institutions
- MBA from a Premier Management Institute in India or overseas
