**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI/ML Solutions Architect to join our team at Akaike Technologies in Bengaluru & Chennai. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge AI/ML solutions that drive business growth and efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of data scientists and ML engineers, providing guidance and technical direction to navigate complex problems and project delivery.
  • AI/ML Solution Development: Design and implement advanced machine learning models and algorithms tailored to various use cases across different domains.
  • Client and Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications, translating complex data requirements into actionable tasks.
  • Project Delivery and Strategy: Lead multiple R&D POC projects, accelerating development and ensuring successful productization and deployment.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Technical Skills: At least 5 years of experience developing machine-learning methods, building deep learning models in NLP, CV, or other domains, and fluency with Python, Database (MySQL/Postgres/MongoDB), Git versioning, Data Analysis Libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Statsmodels, Dask), Machine Learning Libraries (Scikit-learn), Deep Learning Libraries (Tensorflow/Keras/Pytorch), Data Visualization Libraries (Matplotlib, Plotly).
  • Soft Skills: Excellent leadership and mentoring abilities, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, experience in client engagement, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and delivering on tight deadlines.

**Estimated Salary:** ₹2,500,000 - ₹4,000,000 per annum.
