SAP Success Factors Project Lead Position
About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Application Lead to join our team at NAZZTEC. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for leading the design, build, and configuration of applications while ensuring successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Develop and implement solutions that meet client needs and expectations.
- Lead project meetings, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Technical Skills:
- Graph Databases: Proficiency in Neo4j is essential for this role. You should have hands-on experience working with graph databases, including modeling data in a graph format and performing complex queries using Cypher.
- Machine Learning & Data Science: A strong understanding of statistical techniques and the ability to implement machine learning algorithms (such as linear regression, logistic regression, decision trees, and clustering algorithms) is crucial for developing intelligent, data-driven applications.
- Data Visualization: Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is required to represent analytical results clearly and help stakeholders interpret the data.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and teams are necessary to ensure project milestones are met.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills are essential for collaboration with various teams, managing expectations, and providing clear status updates to stakeholders.
