Role Overview

As a Field Sales Executive at Anaxee Digital Runners Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for managing the sales function in assigned clusters, maintaining long-term relationships with distributors and retailers, and expanding the sales network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sales function in assigned clusters.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with distributors and retailers.
  • Expand and manage the sales network.
  • Provide retailers with updates on new or improved products and services.
  • Monitor and analyze market scenarios and competitors' activities, including pricing.
  • Collect feedback from retailers.
  • Ensure the right product is available at the right place, at the right counter, and at the right time.
  • Carry out negotiation processes and close sales.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a field sales executive or similar role in the Non-FMCG sector.
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Knowledge of sales strategies and techniques.
