Claim Center QA Specialist

About the Job:

The successful candidate will be responsible for testing and quality assurance of the Claim Center software, ensuring that user stories are effectively demonstrated and business scenarios are converted into test cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strong knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Good experience in Agile projects and processes.
  • Able to demo the user stories to the Scrum Master.
  • At least 5 years of testing experience in Claim Center.
  • Worked in Implementation, Stabilization, and Maintenance phases.
  • Able to convert business scenarios into test cases.
  • Worked on System Integration, System, and End-to-End testing.
  • Should be able to effectively estimate the testing effort for a particular user story.
  • ISTQB certification is an added advantage.
  • Should be able to identify and document defects efficiently.
  • Good exposure towards Test and Project Management tools like Azure DevOps.

  • 5+ years of experience.
  • Location: India.
  • Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days.
