Requirements
⁃ Working background in the Security domain
⁃ Technical knowledge/experience of security features like NAT, ALG, HA, IDS/IPS, AAA technologies, and VPN technologies
⁃ Good understanding of Cisco ISE architecture, policies, and R&S concepts
⁃ Deep understanding of OSI model & protocols
⁃ Working knowledge of Wireshark & programming languages
⁃ Experience in working in a Customer support environment with excellent customer handling skills
⁃ Logical problem-solving approach and analytical skills

Education & Experience
⁃ Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering
⁃ A minimum of 5+ years of experience with Security Technologies preferably Cisco
⁃ A minimum of 4 years of experience in a Support environment with proven troubleshooting experience in sophisticated environments
⁃ Cisco Security Certifications would be an added advantage
