Job Title: Digital Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Business Development Manager to join our team at CryptoMize. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and delivering exceptional sales results against assigned targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and mentor business development executives to achieve sales targets.
  • Assure client satisfaction by meeting and exceeding delivery and service quality norms.
  • Track and analyze competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
  • Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies to drive growth and revenue.

Requirements:

  • Desired Skills and Experience: MBA or equivalent, strong understanding of digital solutions, internet marketing principles, and sales planning.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, discipline, and target-oriented approach.
  • Passion and flair for sales and relationship building, with a strong conviction power.
  • Confident negotiator and ability to close deals.
