About the Role:

As a seasoned Senior Enterprise Technology Architect, you will be responsible for driving the implementation of our company's technology vision at Talent500. Located in Bengaluru, this role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Job Description:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled professional with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the IT industry, preferably in banking. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and TOGAF certification is mandatory.
  • The ideal candidate will have proven experience in developing technology roadmaps, reference architectures, and reusable design patterns. They should also be well-versed in designing architecture based on non-functional requirements for critical and non-critical systems.
  • A strong understanding of DevOps, Agile methodologies, containers, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and SRE is essential. The ability to design complex infrastructure and integration architecture covering web servers, application servers, DB servers, messaging software, ESB, SOA, J2EE, and .Net is also required.
  • Familiarity with common enterprise services such as Directory Services, VDI, Desktop as a Service, MS Intune, MDM, MAM, MCEM, etc. is a plus.
  • The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of virtualization, cloud computing technologies, and best practices. Experience in designing end-user computing (EUC) solutions and familiarity with modern data warehouse and data lake/big data technologies are highly desirable.
  • Professional experience with Microsoft AD, MS Teams, advanced experience with MS Clustering, MS SQL High Availability, x86 Servers, Blades, Storage & Backup Infrastructure, and networking technologies such as MPLS, SD-WAN, SASE, VPN, DNS, load balancing, firewall, etc. are required.

Responsibilities:

  • Translate the company's vision and strategy into action and delivery in close collaboration with business users and domain architects.
  • Conduct architecture assessments of current and target states, align architecture solutions with tactical and strategic objectives, and provide recommendations to close gaps.
  • Define comprehensive transition plans and roadmaps to deliver positive results to the business.
  • Be a trusted adviser to the management team and guide teams in solution design and implementation.
  • Develop technology architecture blueprints, standards, reference architectures, design patterns, guidelines, and best practices related to hardware, software, network, security, data, and development.
  • Present roadmaps and architecture landscapes to senior stakeholders.
  • Evaluate technologies for private and public clouds, design, and implement target cloud architecture models, roadmaps, patterns, best practices, etc.
  • Design and develop on-premises infrastructure architecture for servers, storage, networks, and security.
  • Perform quality reviews of infrastructure design and deliverables, lead work sessions, and deliver presentations with business stakeholders.
  • Manage the architecture and technology governance committee agenda for solution approvals.
  • Create digital working experiences for employees and hold regular Technology Talks Engagements to share best-of-breed technologies.
  • Lead discussions among domain architects, subject matter experts, and business users.
  • Provide recommendations on emerging technologies to the chief architect and senior management.

Requirements:

  • An estimated annual salary of ₹60 lakhs - ₹70 lakhs depending on qualifications and experience.
