About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our Internal Audit team. As an Internal Auditor, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and reporting on internal audits, with a focus on risk assessment, process improvement, and control enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead or participate in internal audit engagements, conducting risk assessments, and developing recommendations for process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues, promoting open communication and collaboration.
  • Analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights to support business decisions, using industry-leading tools and frameworks.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements, industry developments, and best practices, applying knowledge to enhance quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes, leveraging expertise and resources to achieve shared goals.

Requirements:

  • CA or equivalent qualification, with post-qualification experience in Internal Audit.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and auditing standards.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with risk management frameworks, IT systems, and data analytics.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
