Job Summary:
Tata AIA Life Insurance is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager – Credit Life to drive business growth and expansion in the credit life segment. The successful candidate will lead a team of sales professionals and be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Lead a team of sales professionals and provide guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4-6 years of sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
