Senior Executive Coordinator for Strategic Partnerships

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO in Hyderabad. As an Executive Assistant, you will be the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
About the RoleThis is a full-time opportunity with a salary range of ₹5-6 LPA. You will work 5 days a week (Monday to Friday) and be responsible for managing the CEO's schedule, travel arrangements, and correspondence. Your exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail will ensure that the executive's time is optimized and day-to-day operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities- Calendar Management: Manage the executive's calendar, scheduling meetings, conferences, and appointments while prioritizing conflicting needs.
- Travel Arrangements: Coordinate all aspects of travel, including flight bookings, accommodation, transportation, and detailed itineraries.
- Communication & Correspondence: Manage and respond to emails, letters, and phone calls on behalf of the executive, filtering inquiries and addressing issues as appropriate.
- Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, materials, and presentations for meetings. Take meeting minutes and track follow-up tasks.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Liaison Role: Act as a key point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and team members.
- Document Management: Organize and maintain the executive's files, documents, and records.
- Office Management: Manage office supplies, equipment, and overall office operations as required.
- Event Planning: Assist in planning and organizing corporate events, team offsites, and executive-level meetings.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a related administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software tools.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
