Job Title: Digital Marketing Strategist

This pivotal role will focus on orchestrating multi-channel campaigns, managing CRM systems, and ensuring top-tier customer experiences across web and mobile platforms.

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Strategist with expertise in digital marketing strategy, CRM management, and performance marketing across a range of industries including BFSI, automotive, travel, and e-commerce.

The role demands a deep understanding of both paid and organic marketing, data-driven decision-making, customer lifecycle management, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Digital Strategy Development:
  • Create and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy covering paid, organic, social media, SEO, CRM, and content marketing, aligned with business goals and growth targets.
CRM & Lifecycle Management:
  • Lead the development of consumer lifecycle and promotional journey strategies, leveraging CRM systems to optimize lead nurturing, customer retention, and cross-channel communication.
Omni-Channel Campaign Management:
  • Develop and manage high-impact digital campaigns, integrating SEM, social media, display, programmatic, and omni-channel communication.
  • Ensure effective personalization and dynamic content delivery across web, email, and SMS.
Performance Marketing & Analytics:
  • Drive performance marketing initiatives to improve key metrics such as CPA, CAC, ROI, ARPU, and conversion rates, using tools like Google Ads, Adobe Audience Manager, and Facebook Ads.
  • Lead cohort analysis and build solutions for personalized ad communication and funnel marketing.
Collaborative Leadership:
  • Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring cohesive digital efforts across call centers, sales, finance, and other closure channels.
  • Work with product, sales, and support teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts.
SEO, ASO, and ORM Management:
  • Oversee SEO and ASO strategies to enhance website performance and app store presence.
  • Manage online reputation and ensure robust ORM practices, responding to reviews, queries, and feedback effectively.
Vendor and Agency Relations:
  • Act as the key point of contact for external agencies, including PR, media, and ad tech vendors, to ensure high-quality deliverables and campaign performance.
Innovation and Growth:
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends in digital marketing and CRM technology, incorporating AI-driven insights, automation, and hyper-local marketing solutions.
  • Implement agile marketing strategies, allowing rapid adaptation to market trends and new opportunities.
Team Leadership & Mentorship:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of digital marketing professionals, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Build training plans for team members to enhance digital marketing skills across SEM, social, and data-driven marketing.
Market Insights & Customer Understanding:
  • Conduct market visits to gain direct customer insights, shaping targeted communication strategies that resonate with customer needs.
  • Use hyper-local and aggregate tie-ups to customize communications based on regional preferences and competitors' positioning.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 8+ years in digital marketing and CRM, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Industry Experience: Expertise across BFSI, automotive, e-commerce, travel, and similar verticals, with fintech/financial services experience being a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly desirable.
  • Tools & Platforms: Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Target, Facebook Ads, YouTube, HubSpot, SEMrush, and more.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, project management, and team leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage substantial digital budgets.
