Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned AI/ML expert to lead our AIOPs initiatives. This role involves developing and deploying advanced models, leveraging expertise in Python frameworks and ML libraries.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with cloud platforms, monitoring systems, and automation tools.

  • Model Development: Design and implement AI/ML models using LLMs and Agentic AI architectures.
  • Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with GCP and Microsoft Azure environments.
  • Automation Tools: Proficiency in RPA tools like UiPath and ITSM processes.
  • Monitoring Systems: Experience with modern monitoring and alerting systems to ensure infrastructure health.
  • Team Leadership: Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams.

About the Role

  • 9+ years of experience in AIOPs and IT Process Automation with AI/ML background.
  • Exposure to Ansible, Unix, Windows, SAP, and data visualization tools.
