  • Work with teams across different time zones to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Coordinate with QA and Logistics on EMVO/NMVO reporting activities and ensure successful shipment data reporting.
  • Work with the RA team and stakeholders to generate new master data for serialization.
  • Prepare regular reports and maintain key metrics for serialization and EPCIS systems.
  • Develop training plans, processes, and provide guidance to site users on system-related activities.
  • Serve as the point of contact for users, SCM, Commercial, QA, Logistics, and Packaging for system-related issues and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure serialization systems and product readiness for upcoming serialization regulations and reporting requirements.

Key Competencies:

  • Proven experience working in the pharmaceutical industry and leading a global serialization team.
  • Ability to manage a global Serialization team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Flexibility in working across different time zones due to the global nature of the business.
  • Strong communication skills and experience managing global stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of upcoming serialization regulations.
  • Capability to design and develop serialization solutions and implement them on ATTP and ICH systems.
  • Ability to identify process improvement areas and collaborate with the team to drive and implement changes on the SAP ATTP system.
