About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team, specializing in non-IT roles such as Finance and HR Operations. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of recruiting experience, with expertise in active sourcing, mass communication, and job posting.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent through strategic use of LinkedIn and other platforms. Key responsibilities include actively sourcing candidates using professional networks, managing targeted outreach campaigns, writing and posting compelling job descriptions, and maintaining candidate information in the ATS.

Requirements
  • MBA degree is mandatory.
  • 8-10 years of non-IT recruiting experience.
  • Proven skills in active sourcing, mass communication, and job posting.
  • Proficient in LinkedIn and recruitment platforms; experience with ATS is a plus.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management abilities.
What We Offer

A competitive salary of ₹1500000 - ₹2500000 per annum, based on experience, reflecting the challenging role and required expertise.
