Process Architect Job Summary

An experienced Process Architect is needed to analyze and document existing business processes, identify areas for improvement and automation. The successful candidate will design, develop and implement process improvement initiatives, including Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and document existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and automation.
  • Design, develop and implement process improvement initiatives, including Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Develop and maintain process maps, flowcharts and other process documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement end-to-end process solutions.
  • Identify and implement process automation opportunities using technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices.
  • Monitor and analyze process performance metrics and identify areas for continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in process management.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members on process improvement methodologies.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in process improvement, automation and business process management.
  • Proven experience in implementing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of business process mapping and documentation techniques.
  • Experience in the banking domain, with a focus on client life cycle journeys.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
