Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Partnership Growth Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of lending products, financial regulations, and industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic partnerships with lenders and other external organizations
  • Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities
  • Develop roadmaps for partnerships, outlining key focus areas, target industries, and potential collaborators
  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including industry leaders and decision-makers
  • Lead negotiations with potential partners to ensure favorable terms and conditions
  • Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure contracts comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Establish and monitor KPIs for partnerships to measure success and impact

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of 3-7 years in partnership development and management, preferably in the financial industry
  • Prior experience in partnering with lenders and managing their accounts
  • Strong understanding of lending products, financial regulations, and industry trends
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute effectively
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
