Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Partnership Growth Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of lending products, financial regulations, and industry trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic partnerships with lenders and other external organizations
- Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities
- Develop roadmaps for partnerships, outlining key focus areas, target industries, and potential collaborators
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including industry leaders and decision-makers
- Lead negotiations with potential partners to ensure favorable terms and conditions
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure contracts comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Establish and monitor KPIs for partnerships to measure success and impact
Requirements:
- Proven experience of 3-7 years in partnership development and management, preferably in the financial industry
- Prior experience in partnering with lenders and managing their accounts
- Strong understanding of lending products, financial regulations, and industry trends
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute effectively
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
