Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain test strategies and plans that align with sprint goals and overall project objectives.
  • Create detailed, effective test cases and scripts based on user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Execute manual and automated tests during sprints to ensure continuous integration and deployment readiness.
  • Serve as a quality gatekeeper, ensuring that all deliverables meet required standards before deployment.
  • Monitor all stages of software creation to identify system malfunctions and help diagnose software issues.
  • Identify, log, and track defects and inconsistencies, working closely with the development team to facilitate quick resolutions.
  • Implement and manage testing tools and frameworks to support effective testing and results reporting.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of automated testing practices and tools.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Test Analyst, Test Engineer, or similar role.
  • Good knowledge of SAP Ariba, Concur, and S/4 P2P areas and processes.
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
  • Experience in performing manual testing and automated testing.
  • Experience with automated testing tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Experience performing end-to-end testing, from front-end to back-end.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Life sciences/pharma industry experience.
  • Ability to support other Ariba, Concur, and P2P team members in testing and helping with ad-hoc queries for Ariba, Concur, and P2P modules.
  • Experience in creating, modifying, and enhancing manual test cases.
  • Experience in performing manual testing and automated testing.
  • Experience in developing test plans, test scenarios, test scripts, and test estimations.
  • Functional unit testing, system integration testing, regression testing, end-to-end testing, validation testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect management.
  • Post-review of validation of test runs with data sheets used for execution.
  • Experience with configuring and implementing SAP solutions and modules (specifically Ariba, Concur, and P2P/MM) covering business processes in P2P areas.
  • ERP – Ariba, Concur SAP S4/HANA, SAP ECC.
  • User experience and mobility – SAP FIORI.
  • Administration systems – SAP Solution Manager. Strong knowledge of HP ALM & TOSCA is required.
