Red Teaming Specialist: Craft Challenges for AI Systems

This is a unique opportunity to work on the frontlines of AI safety and security.

As a Red Teaming Specialist, you will be entrusted with challenging the next generation of Large Language Models (LLMs) to ensure their robustness and reliability.

Crafting clever and sneaky prompts to attempt to bypass filters and guardrails on LLMs will be your primary task.

You will collaborate closely with language specialists, team leads, and QA leads to produce high-quality work that meets productivity targets.

  • Adapt to dynamic project needs, navigating shifting guidelines and requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with evolving LLM capabilities and vulnerabilities, helping your team's methods evolve with them.

Excellent writing skills in English are essential. You should have a strong understanding of grammar, syntax, and semantics.

A bachelor's degree or above, or associates with 1 year of relevant experience, or high school degree with 1+ year of relevant experience is required.

Strong creative thinking and agility to adjust to evolving guidelines and requirements are necessary for this role.

Extensive training on AI/ML, LLMs, Red Teaming, and jailbreaking will be provided.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist data scientists in conducting automated model attacks.
  • Collaborate closely with language specialists, team leads, and QA leads to produce high-quality work.
  • Meet productivity targets, including prompt writing and average handling time.
