**Job Summary:**

We are looking for a results-driven Telesales Expert with strong interpersonal skills to engage with prospective clients, introduce our products and services, and effectively convert prospects into site visits. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, meet daily call targets, and maintain high-quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Making outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our real estate offerings and schedule appointments for site visits.
  • Achieving daily call targets of 30-40 calls while maintaining high-quality standards and engaging potential customers to understand their requirements.
  • Effectively communicating the benefits of our offerings and nurturing relationships with leads through follow-up calls and emails.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions in our CRM system and collaborating with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in telemarketing or a similar role with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Graduate in any field with proficiency in English, Hindi, and Telugu (both spoken and written).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to understand customer needs and tailor product pitches accordingly.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
