Astrology Sales Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Snaphunt. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our comprehensive astrology courses to potential customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to engage with customers and promote our astrology courses.
- Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and recommend the most suitable courses.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries and addressing concerns about course features, benefits, and pricing.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall departmental goals and drive business growth.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest astrology courses and trends to effectively communicate with customers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Proven experience in telesales, business development, or a similar sales/customer service role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a target-driven environment.
- Good understanding of astrology or a willingness to learn about astrology courses.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
