About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Snaphunt. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our comprehensive astrology courses to potential customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to engage with customers and promote our astrology courses.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and recommend the most suitable courses.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries and addressing concerns about course features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall departmental goals and drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest astrology courses and trends to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in telesales, business development, or a similar sales/customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a target-driven environment.
  • Good understanding of astrology or a willingness to learn about astrology courses.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
