Job Title: Solutions Architect

Job Description:

At Dashhire, we're looking for a skilled Solutions Architect to join our team. As a Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our internal development teams, ensuring smooth operation and optimal performance of our platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive technical support to internal development teams.
  • Efficiently handle incidents reported by internal teams.
  • Assist internal and external users with integrating Platform APIs.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation on various API/product technical behaviors.
  • Actively monitor system health and utilize advanced tools and techniques to proactively prevent issues.
  • Identify opportunities for system improvements and contribute to backlog prioritization.
  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide feedback.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's / master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Good understanding of API integration and support.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Familiarity with system monitoring tools and techniques.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and infrastructure is a plus but not required.
  • Good communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
