Sales Growth Specialist

Role Overview:
As an SDR at ZenTrades, you will connect with potential clients through calls and emails, establish relationships, understand client needs, and present our innovative solutions. Your goal is to engage prospects, build trust, and set up successful sales engagements.
Main Responsibilities:
- Engage potential clients through personalized calls and emails.
- Understand client needs and present our cutting-edge solutions.
- Establish and nurture client relationships.
- Follow up with prospects to keep them engaged.
- Schedule meetings or demos with potential clients.
Requirements:
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech) and 1-3 years of experience in Outbound cold calling in SaaS-based international sales, preferably in the North American region.
Key Skills:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong listening skills.
- Disciplined in cold calling, organized, and diligent in follow-ups.
