Job Details

We are seeking a talented Architect to manage and oversee the development of functional and aesthetically pleasing structures that meet client requirements. This is a full-time position with opportunities to work on diverse projects.

Requirements and Skills

To excel in this role, you will need a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture and 1-3 years of experience in architectural design handling commercial and industrial projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant architectural software is essential. You should also possess strong understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and architectural standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their architectural needs and develop design concepts
  • Create detailed architectural drawings, plans, and models using CAD software
  • Ensure designs comply with building regulations and codes
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Manage and supervise construction projects to ensure adherence to design specifications
  • Review and analyze project proposals, contracts, and budgets
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in architectural technology
