Job Title: Business Development Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Business Development Executive to lead our business growth initiatives and drive company expansion. This role will involve identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities, managing sales pipelines, and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage business development activities to drive company growth.
• Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities for expanding the client base.
• Generate leads through various channels and manage the sales pipeline.
• Engage in direct sales, including presenting the company's services and offerings.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships by offering tailored solutions.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve product/service offerings based on market feedback.
• Monitor sales performance and ensure targets are met consistently.
• Utilize CRM platforms to track and manage client interactions.
• Provide leadership to team members, including managing tasks and ensuring effective collaboration.
Required Skills:
• Strong sales operations and business development expertise.
• Leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to generate and manage leads effectively.
• Decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in banking verification (back office and field) is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or a similar role.
• Familiarity with sales process management, credit handling, and coaching.
