Transform Your Career with a Finance Leader Role

About our company is on a mission to empower doctors to drive better health outcomes for their patients. Our assistive-AI powered EMR software has treated 1.6+ crore patients across India, making us the largest EMR software used by doctors to digitize care in Indian healthcare.

Main Focus Areas:
  • We are embarking on a digital transformation journey to build a scalable finance function.
  • To support this growth, we are seeking a leader who will transform finance processes via automation and standardization.

This role focuses on eliminating manual work and improving processes by identifying and implementing state-of-the-art technology to support Record to Report and Order to Cash operations.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance, preferably with experience in a mid-sized company, and hands-on experience with Zoho books and MS-Excel.

They will be responsible for prioritizing identified opportunities, developing a plan for delivery, and working with stakeholders to implement controls, automation, and process changes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong results orientation, be able to focus and deliver results, and create value using good business judgment.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing financial strategies, managing budgets, and analyzing financial data to inform business decisions.

A key aspect of this role is collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and integration of finance processes.

The right candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to articulate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders, and demonstrate a passion for innovation and improvement.
