
Business Development Representative

We're seeking a proactive and driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Representative.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving outbound outreach, lead qualification, and discovery call scheduling. You'll be the first point of contact for potential customers and play a critical role in building our sales pipeline.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys researching decision-makers, crafting powerful outreach messages, and enabling the sales team with better-qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Discovery & Qualification
- Build targeted lists via various sources and research ideal accounts and decision-makers
- Run outbound campaigns via email, WhatsApp, and calls to qualify prospects using BANT (or similar) frameworks
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Initiate conversations and build interest in our product
- Effectively position the product in short outbound interactions and handover qualified leads to the sales team with full context
- Sales Enablement
- Create email templates, outreach flows, case studies, and FAQs to support the sales team
- Capture learnings and continuously improve messaging & targeting
- Handle Early Inbound Leads
- Respond to inbound leads (website, referrals, etc.) and assess intent quickly to initiate the qualification process
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B research, pre-sales, or sales
- Enjoy finding and talking to new people every day and write clear and convincing messages
- Thrive in execution-heavy roles with daily targets and are curious about industrial / infrastructure ecosystems
- Are comfortable using AI tools for better outreach
- Experience in industrial procurement / SaaS
- English + Hindi proficiency
- 1:1 mentoring from the founder and high ownership and visibility
- Fast learning curve across B2B GTM, sales, and AI products and clear growth path into full-stack Growth or Sales roles
