About the Role

As a Senior Recruiter at LevelUP HCS, you will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for three business lines in Mumbai: Investment Banking, Global Markets, and Corporate. This is a high-touch hiring environment where you will have significant exposure to senior stakeholders.

This role offers an exceptional opportunity for professional growth and development within a collaborative team of experienced recruiters. You will be responsible for stakeholder engagement, sourcing, candidate management, salary proposals, agency management, and recruitment projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with heads of businesses to discuss hiring needs and partner closely with HR Business Partners.
  • Determine sourcing strategies for each open role, assist in drafting and advertising roles, and deliver shortlists for critical openings.
  • Manage candidates through the end-to-end hiring process, ensuring seamless execution and quality outcomes.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to complete salary benchmarkings and manage candidates through salary discussions and negotiations.
  • Partner with local agencies and manage the Preferred Supplier List.
  • Support recruitment projects across the region, working collaboratively with the broader recruitment team.
Requirements
  • At least 9 years of hands-on recruitment experience, preferably supporting Investment Banking or Global Markets businesses.
  • Demonstrated ability in senior stakeholder engagement, prioritization, and time management.
  • Strong presentation skills, able to convey information concisely and clearly.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
