A Strategic Position in Sales Operations

As a professional specializing in CPQ business analysis, you will be part of an international team responsible for implementing and optimizing our Configure, Price, Quote solution. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline Quote-to-Cash processes.

  • Partner with sales, contracts, order management, and finance departments to understand current and future processes.
  • Collaborate with IT architects to design scalable CPQ solutions.
  • Document Quote-to-Cash workflows and system architecture.
  • Configure and manage CPQ components: product/pricing rules, approvals, templates, digital signatures, workflows, UI changes.
  • Coordinate IT and UAT testing efforts.
  • Maintain system documentation and operating instructions.
  • Evaluate solutions to ensure they align with business requirements and compliance standards.

Utilize your experience in systems analysis and implementation to drive process improvements and enhance business efficiency.

The ideal candidate possesses:

  • Over 10 years of experience in systems analysis and implementation (ERP/CRM/Quote-to-Cash).
  • More than 5 years of experience working with sales teams on CRM/CPQ projects.
  • Hands-on experience with Apttus CPQ (Product, Pricing, Approvals).
  • Advanced Salesforce administration skills (Profiles, Workflows, Process Builder).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce development (APEX, Visualforce, Lightning).
  • Salesforce and CPQ certifications are highly valued.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
