Corporate HR Business Analyst Role

Position Summary

Experience: 3 to 7 Years

Responsibilities:

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards to track key HR metrics and KPIs.
  • Provide regular updates and presentations to HR leadership and stakeholders.
  • Continuously improve the data collection and storytelling aspects of HR reporting.

Process Improvement:

  • Evaluate existing HR processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with HR teams to streamline processes and implement best practices.
  • Leverage robust HR background to review current state hire-to-retire processes and identify ways to standardize.
  • Develop detailed documentation and process flow visualizations.
  • Drive efficiency and effectiveness through automation and technology solutions.

Strategic Planning:

  • Partner with HR leaders to align HR strategies with organizational objectives.
  • Conduct research and benchmarking to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Develop recommendations and action plans based on data-driven insights.

Systems Optimization:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for HR systems, including HRIS, ATS, and performance management platforms.
  • Lead system enhancements, upgrades, and integrations to meet evolving business needs.
  • Provide user support and training to ensure optimal utilization of HR systems.

Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Monitor HR compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Identify compliance risks and recommend corrective actions as needed.
  • Stay informed about emerging HR trends and regulatory changes.
  • Ensure compliance with global data privacy requirements across all reports and processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (3 years) as an HR Business Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
  • In-depth knowledge of HR processes, practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with HRIS (Workday) and other HR technology solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
