Senior Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Manager with 8 to 12 years of experience in software testing, specifically in Finacle 10.x or 11.x. The ideal candidate must have successfully led at least one Finacle upgrade or implementation project.

About the Role
  • This is a senior-level position that involves leading and managing quality assurance teams to ensure timely and accurate test communication with development leads, project managers, and senior management throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
  • Finacle Version 10.x OR 11.x experience is mandatory.
  • The candidate should have successfully led at least one Finacle upgrade or implementation project.
  • Monitoring QA testing activities to ensure the quality and functionality of assigned systems; ensuring timely and accurate test communication with Development Leads, Project Manager and Senior Management throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Assign tasks to team members & manage workload efficiently.
  • Tracking project milestones and deliverables.
  • Keeping track of new requirements from the project.
  • Coordinate with users for inputs, review and approvals.
  • Responsible for Metrics Measurement and Implementation.
  • Report upon testing activities, including testing results, test case coverage, defects.
  • Ensure adherence to test processes.
  • Daily Defect Discussions.
  • Managing and monitoring work of team.
Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 8 years of experience in software testing, preferably in Finacle 10.x or 11.x.
  • Proven leadership skills and experience in managing quality assurance teams.
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
